MAY EVENTS ARE THE ATTRACTION
May events are unlike any other. In spring people are ready to be outside. Many events have big dreams but only a few will find success. We have been fortunate to be a part of those success stories. They keep us fully booked each May. From concerts to festivals, the month of May is where it is at. May events like Bottlerock, attract over 120,000 people over the Memorial Weekend holiday. They are just one of many success stories. When you include graduations, weddings, and private events, it is easy to see how our schedule is completely full.
Being apart of these large events requires preparation and planning. Of course a 1 minute video makes it all so easy. Our dedicated team of installers work every day, and sometimes during the night, setting up and removing these events. From our sales team to the warehouse, we know what May events means to our company and community.
When you rent a tent from Made in the Shade, you are know you are getting quality products services, and experiences. The month will fly by in an instant. Believe it or not, almost all of our inventory is out on rent for the majority of the month. Keep in mind, we carry one of the largest selections of tenting in Northern California.

In 2014, Lodi’s Lady in Red was their maiden in the shade, an obvious nod to Made in the Shade . Made in the Shade provided tenting and participated as a presenting sponsor for the event for 12 years.(https://www.lodiwine.com)
Editorial note:
One of the events depicted in this video is Zinfest. This video is from May 2019. Zinfest was scheduled for a rebrand in 2020. Made in the Shade had been meeting with the organization in preparation for the the layout of the new event. The global pandemic changed the trajectory of what Zinfest was to become. Made in the Shade was a part of Zinfest for12 of its 13 year run. Perhaps we will will share that story in another post.
