ELIGIBILITY:

• This offer is extended by invitation only to selected customers, groups, and organizations.
• Eligible participants will be notified directly by Made in the Shade Tent Rentals.

HOW TO QUALIFY:

• Complete your 2025 participant form by January 24, 2025 or Submit BNS Reservation Documents indicating one of the two options below.
• Good standing and history of on-time payments
• Receive a 25% deposit at the time of booking to secure your reservation and 5%o  up to $750 OR
• receive a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your reservation and 10%o  up to $1500.

PROMOTION DETAILS:

• A 5% or 10% discount will be applied to qualifying items on your rental.
• The maximum discount amounts up to $750 or $1,500.
• Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, and the promotion is not retroactive for previously booked rentals.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• This promotion applies only to rentals scheduled for the 2025 calendar year.
• Changes to the rental date or terms after booking may result in loss of the discount.
• Deposits are non-refundable, but they may be applied to a rescheduled date if needed (subject to availability).

 

The Book Now and Save Promotion is an exclusive, invite-only o er available to select, qualifed Made in the Shade customers. Take advantage of early booking benefits for your 2025 rentals by securing your reservation with a deposit and completing your rental agreement by the specified deadlines.

PROMOTION TERMS

• Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.
• The BNS promotional o er is non-transferable and only valid for rental reservations confirmed during the promotional period.
• Deposits are refundable with conditions.
• Only Check, Credit Card, and EFT/ACH Payments will be accepted for this promotion.
• Promotional discount is only applicable to the eligible equipment that is entered on the rental reservation during the promotional period (December 18, 2024 – January 24, 2025).
• Additions to the rental reservation after the promotion has expired are not eligible for the promotional discount.
• Removal of equipment after the application of the discount will adjust the promotional discount down.
• Equipment that is added after the application of the discount will not qualify for the promotional discount.
• Changes to the reservation date must be made 30 days prior to the Delivery Date to retain the promotional discount.
• By participating in this promotion, you agree to the promotion terms and conditions listed above.
• Made in the Shade’s rental terms and conditions, which do not appear in written form within this document, do apply to all rentals, including the Book Now and Save promotional rental reservations.

DEPOSIT PAYMENT & COMPLETED RESERVATION DOCUMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY

• The STANDARD RENTAL CONFIRMATION, CANCELLATION, & CHANGE POLICY will remain active on all BNS Promotional rental reservations with the following addendum to the timeline for cancellation refunds and credits.
