Our inventory includes expandable frame tents, high peak festival tents, and large clear span structures — all finished in bright white for a timeless, professional appearance.
We work closely with venues, planners, and coordinators to recommend tent sizes, layouts, sidewalls, flooring, and lighting based on guest counts, site conditions, and event flow.
Beyond events, Made in the Shade provides long-term and short-term tent rentals for construction projects, agricultural storage, winery operations, and municipal needs. Our structure tents and large clear span systems are commonly used for equipment coverage, temporary workspaces, crop protection, and staging areas.
Napa’s weather, terrain, and open vineyard spaces require tent systems engineered for wind loads and proper ballast or anchoring. Our tents are manufacturer-rated for specific wind and weather conditions, and we install according to local safety and fire department requirements.
Whether you need a tent for a single-day event, a multi-week festival, or a long-term installation, we offer flexible rental periods and professional on-site support. Our team handles delivery, setup, adjustments, and removal — allowing you to focus on your event or project.
